Can anyone recommend any restaurants in Aix-en-Provence?

We just returned from Aix and I can give you several suggestions. We ate at a restaurant off the cours Mirabeau called Mitch. ( 26 rue des Tanneurs) It is very small, we did not need reservations for a weekday and the food was very innovative. It had inside and outside seating, but be aware if you are outside at night you need a sweater as it cools off. We also ate at Cafe Routunde right across from the main fountain on the cours Mirabeau. It is traditional cafe withgreat people watching and friendly staff. Another cute place suggested by our B%26amp;B hostess was Antoines, 19 Cours Mirabeau. It doesn%26#39;t overlook the street but instead has a lovely courtyard. The menu is Italian. It looked very romantic and busy. We ran out of time o eat here. I would not suggest Les Duex Garcon. It was never crowded, very pricey, and my hostess said the food was fair. Overrated. There are many cafes, patisseries all along the old streets too. You will love the ambiance there.

Thanks so much for your tips! We are really looking forward to our trip. Have you any other particular advice for visiting Aix? Any must-sees or does? Thanks again.
