lokking for a hotel

Can anyone recommend a nice hotel in the Marsais and St. Germain districts that would be under 200 Euros a night. Location and ambiance are the most important. Room quality/cleanliness is also important.

I stayed at the Hotel Le Regent, on Rue Dauphine, in the 6th ( St Germain) area. this past August. Excellant location, nice staff, nice room( book the deluxe as the standard rooms are quite small) . Look up reviews on this site.

This hotel may be a little out of your district request but it is a place we have stayed over a dozen times and have never ben disappointed

Hotel du Palais bourbon, 49 rue de Bougogne

it is centrally located near the Invalides and the river. On one end of the street is Musee Rodin, the other end is the Assemblies Nationale

Small hotel, very French, a good neighborhood with several good restaurants within a 10 minute walk, Metro stations near-by and a great Pariesan neighborhood feel, The roome are large with tiled bathrooms. Th eprice is about 120-140 Euros and includes breakfast. We have always been happy staying here.

I can definitely recommend the Hotel Littre. It is centrally located, near the metro with friendly staff willing to communicate in English.
