Reservation

Hello, my girlfriend and I are travelling to Paris next Friday, and we have reserved seven nights in Oceani Porte de Versailles Hotel, but I have just found a better price for my reservation (I used www.booking.com), which also includes buffet breakfast, not included in the previous reservation, trough http://www.0800paris-hotels.com. Do you know anything about this web? Is it secure?

Please, tell me what to do, if cancelling the reservation with booking in order to reserve with this page, or not. Thanks!

Porte de Versailles is not a very good location for first time Paris visitors. What is the alternative ?

The OP isn%26#39;t trying to change hotels - just the booking engine. One engine gives a better rate than the one originally used. OP wants to cancel the orig reservation and rebook using the alternate booking site - but wants to know if the alternate booking site (www.0800paris-hotels.com) is reliable or known by other users.

Be sure to look up the rates on the hotel%26#39;s own website - sometimes they are better.

OK, I knew it was referred to me but didn%26#39;t know the exact meaning...

I know Oceania Hotel is not in the centre, but it%26#39;s not our first time in Paris and, our idea is leaving the hotel early in the morning (about 9 a.m. or so) and not coming back until night. The reason of choosing this hotel was the good reviews, the facts it is more or less new, and that there is a swimming pool and, if one day we are very tired, or the weather is too bad, we could stay there having fun.

We will be in Paris at Oceania from August 17th to 24th, the 24th we%26#39;ll rent a car early in the morning and go to Mont Saint-Michel, staying there one night, and the following day we%26#39;ll go from Saint Michel to the Loire Valley, staying in Amboise another night, to finally come back to Paris the next day.

We%26#39;ll be in Paris again from August 26th to 29th, in Splendid Tour Eiffel Hotel!

I hope the weather is better than it appears, I have been watching some web reports and it seems autumn weather despite summer...

Anybody can help me with the security of http://www.0800paris-hotels.com/ ? Nobody knows this web???

I know my answer comes too late, but maybe it%26#39;ll be helpfull for the other forum visitors.

Actually, this website (www.0800paris-hotels.com) is part of www.bsp-hotels.com, which one propose several destinations mainly in europe. I often use their websites to find hotels (I have to move very oftenly in London and paris for my work...).

You even get points for each booking, and these points give you another discount on the price of your hotel :)

you can reserve eyes shut...
