Nice at New Year

Hi i am thinking of booking up to go to nice for new year.I have been to nice a couple of times before.I was just wondering if anyone on here has been in nice at new year and to what it was like.I am in my mid twenties and shall be going with my girlfriend and probably my mum and dad.

We have been in Nice for the New Year for the last eight years and always enjoyed it. Weather is not guaranteed but has usually been dry, sunny and around 15C in the afternoon. There is always the possibility of a wet week but it is unlikely.

Nice will be busy with many fur coated ladies strolling around, pavement cafes open and so on. You need to book in advance for dinner on New Year%26#39;s eve at about double the normal prices. Big fireworks display at midnight.
