Train from Tours to Paris

Am I correct in assuming we can buy train tickets in Tours for travel to Paris? I was told to book through Rail Europe, but they need 2-3 days to send the tickets to you, and we leave in 3 days! Please tell me we can just buy the tickets at the station in Tours. (We are flying into Tours).

It will be more expensive than buying in advance, but assuming the trains arent full, you will ne OK

You can opt to print off the tickets at home too....remember that to travel on the TGV you%26#39;ll need your passport or other valid form of ID.

thanks, stu. I went to the Raileurope website, and they didn%26#39;t give me the option to print out my ticket. Only 2 shipping options. Am I on the wrong website?

http://www.tgv.com should give you what you need. Living here in the Loire close to Tours, we often %26#39;nip%26#39; up to Paris for a day out. It takes just over an hour from Tours and is well worth it!
