Hi - this message goes out to all you Parisians.Can some give me contact details for La Fontana Rosa. We are a group of 6 adults and one teenage girl staying at the Ramada Tour Eiffel for New Year. We have been advised by someone that this restaurant is near the hotel and want to make reservations for the evening of the 31st.
Any information will be gratefully received - telephone number, e-mail address, website details, menu???
Thanks in advance

I%26#39;m not Parisian, but a Google search yields the following:
At restoparis.com/…
FONTANA ROSA
28, boulevard Garibaldi
75015 Paris
Métro(s) : Sèvres Lecourbe
At www.sciuridae.com/resto/paris-resto.html:
+33 (0) 1 45 66 97 84
%26quot;It%26#39;s difficult to understand how a seemingly modest place could have such an impressive wine list: over 200 entries, and a fair bit of juice from Sardinia. The food is solid -- nothing overly fussy -- but it is the convivial service and wine selection that will keep me coming back. N.B. the owner spends a month in San Francisco every year, so no worries on having to resort to English here%26quot;
There doesn%26#39;t seem to be much else on the web.

Penny71 nice to hear from you. Thanks for the information. My French is pretty poor so I%26#39;m still hoping for a fax number or e-mail address but if not, I%26#39;ll use the telephone number that you%26#39;ve kindly supplied and practice my school boy French.

Excellent suggestion KDKSAIL, I now have a fax number and plan to make our reservation this afternoon. Fantastic review of your restaurant experiences by the way. You have a marvellous style of writing which makes it a pleasure to read.
We are staying at the Ramada Tour Eiffel on Boulevard De Garibaldi, do you have any knowledge of restaurants in this area per chance?
Thanks
