We are traveling from Paris to Burgundy tomorrow and want to stop in a chateau, but the weather will be showery tomorrow. Which chateau has better things to see inside, or can you suggest something else to do since looking at gardens may not be optimal in this weather? Thanks so much. Please hurry with your response!

geez... too late for you... maybe it it still be helpful to somebody else. My personal choice is to take people to vaux the viconte. It is smaller, more visitor friendly and absolutely lovely. It also has a nice cafe. On the other hand Fontainebleau chateaux is in the middle of the village, which makes a little bit more central...
