RER/ Metro from CDG to hotel

We are arriving Nov 3 in Paris , terminal 1 CDG.

Our hotel is the Marriott Rive Gauche, Blvd St Jacques, 14th Arrond.

When we arrive at the airport we plan to take the train. I guess we walk/take the shuttle connecting term 1 to 3.

Do we catch the train /metro/RER to the hotel.

I%26#39;m alittle confused. One map I checked looks like the #6 Metro leaves the airport, the end station is Nation. , we would get of at St Jacques stop.

I thought we would take that but am unsure if I%26#39;m reading it correctly - help!

No metro lines go to CDG, only RER line B.

From T-1, you take the CDGVAL light rail to the RER station. After buying your tickets, you take the RER into Paris, getting off at Denfert-Rochereau.

Personally, I would walk from Denfert-Rochereau to the hotel, it will take less than 15 minutes is is very straightforward, since blvd St Jacques runs alongside the RER station.

You could transfer to metro line 6 at this RER station but you%26#39;d walk a block or so to the tunnel, then to the quai, ride the metro, get off, walk out of the subway.. by then, you could just be rolling your bag into the hotel%26#39;s front door.

Print a good street map from google maps or Mappy.com
