B&B or hotel recommendations for Rochefort, France?

I will be in Rochefort next month on business. I am looking for a good place to stay, clean, friendly (I speak very little French—I try). Any recommendations for a place that is under a hundred U.S.?

If you have a car, outside of Rochefort, 21 km/13 miles (a bit expensive but so quiet)
