Hi All,
I would be grateful for some advice.
My fiance and I are planning a European honeymoon starting in Paris for 2 nights then to Cologne for 2 nights, then to Switzerland for 2 nights and then to Rome for 4 nights.
I have found an Inter-Europe pass which allows 5 days of travel in a 10 day period throughout these countries, which will be fine for us.
However, how can we find out how to travel between these countries, i.e. which stations, which journeys our ticket is valid for etc.
I feel like I am buying the ticket and then have no idea what to do with it!! P.S. Any ideas for hotels in Paris, Switzerland and Rome would be great, too!
Any advice would be gratefully received.
Thanks
Sam

You are trying to do way too much. You didn%26#39;t ask for advice about that, but there it is. In ten nights, two cities (I%26#39;d go for Paris and Rome, but you will have different priorities) is plenty.
Two great sites:
http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/e for finding train times;
http://www.seat61.com/ for information about travelling with a train pass, including which supplements you need to pay, etc.
You will also get information with your pass - which, if you take my first advice, you won%26#39;t need!
