Texas to Paris In January--Is This A Good Deal?!

Hello,

I see a flight out of Houston, TX (4-5 hour drive for me from Austin) to Paris for $590 (INLCUDING all taxes/fees). What do you think of this deal?

I am so tempted to book now, BUT don%26#39;t you think I could get a better flight for a January trip to Europe? Will there be better deals out in October or November? OR, should I just book now?!?!

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Thanks,

Tara

That sounds like a great deal I bought my tickets in May for my trip next week leaving out of NYC and they were $682 a piece...go for it!! How many connections if any?

Cheers,

I purchased NYC to Paris nonstop 2 weeks ago and paid $633 a ticket and they seem to have gone up now. Doesn%26#39;t seem like a bad fare. But surely, there will be sales for January.

I BOOKED AUS-AMS-PRG! Thanks everyone!

There is 1 connection in Memphis.

Would you mind giving me more advice on my connecting flights? I fly out AUS-AMS on Wednesday, January 9th with a connection/%26quot;plane change%26quot; in Memphis of only 1hr 25min. Is this enough time to connect for the flight overseas???

Then, do you think I should stay in Amsterdam for 1 night, fly to Prague via SkyEurope on the 11th for 4 nights and then fly back to Amsterdam for the remaining 2 nights? Or, I could stay in Amsterdam the first 3 nights, 4 nights in Prague and fly SkyEurope and back to the States on the same day? Do you think it%26#39;s too risky to fly back from PRG-AMS via SkyEurope with an arrival time at AMS of 8:00am and then a departure back to the States at 1:50pm on the same day?

I%26#39;d appreciate any advice. Thank you again.

I doubt you%26#39;ll get it much cheaper than that, unless you would rather drive up here and fly non-stop on American out of DFW.

I paid $560 a person for our flight in February - non-stop both ways.

So you are not going to Paris ?
