Public transport from CDG to Paris

Can anyone advise the options( best ) for public transport from CDG to Effiel Tower / Garden of Luxembourg area %26amp; approx cost.

I will be arriving on Sunday afternoon and I think my nearest metro is L%26#39;%26#39;ecole miliitaire

The most %26#39;..direct..%26#39; to this neighborhood will be ROISSYBUS to it%26#39;s drop-off point near Place de l%26#39;Opéra (at rue Scribe %26amp; rue Auber) then just acrocc the street to the OPÉRA Metro station and then #8 Metro ligne (heading in the directiopn od Balard) to ÉCOLE MILITAIRE station.
