Hi,
my boyfriend (my nickname might sound as a man`s, but don`t worry, i`m girl:) and I would like to go to Paris at the middle of November, and as we are student, our budget is quite low..
Could you please give me some advice where to find cheap hotels (around £30/double room per night), prefer. no hostels cause don`t really want to share with other people.
I`m attracted to Montmartre, but any other location is ok.
Thanks!
Zsuzsa

Hmm, its not a cheap city for hotels if you want quality. Look at www.hostelbookers.com and search for Private Rooms. They are a hostel agent but also do cheap hotels.
Although it takes a bit of the charm out of the trip, staying in the suburbs can be much cheaper. For example, if you stay down the RER line at Bussy Saint Georges (not far from Disneyland) you can easily stay at a Travelodge type place well within your budget.

You may be able to find something around your price range. Here are the places to start a search:

As noted, the www.EUROCHEAPO.com web site has a fair selection of inexpensive 1 and 2-stars
There is this little basic 1-star, sutuated in relatively great, central locations (at the edge of the rue Montorgueil pedestrian market area) that you should check out to see if they%26#39;re a fit for your own personal preferences, priorities and budget.
HÔTEL TIQUETONNE (1-star)-- 6 rue Tiquetonne (nr: rue Saint Denis(, 75002, Metro: Etienne Marcel--

Another little basic 1-star in the same neighborhood to check out is-
HÔTEL de la VALLÉE (1-star)--84 rue Saint Denis (at: rue Rambateau), 75002, Metro: Etienne Marcel %26amp; Les Halles--
