Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Eze or St. Tropez?? Only have 1 day

I%26#39;m taking a cruise which makes a 1 day stop at the port of Cannes (actually its 11 hours).

I%26#39;m planning to take the train and breifly see some of these cities. I%26#39;ve read some good reviews on all these cities.

Can someone tell me which ones I should concentrate on?

You have 11 hours - forget St Tropez - too far to travel there and back in that time, and out of season not worth it.. Eze is a two leg journey via Nice and likewise and eat up your available time in travel connections. Your choice from Cannes is firstly hop on a train to Nice, and/ or carry on another thirty minutes to see Monaco.

NiceLife is right. Nice is the main attraction here and maybe Monaco if you have time (Monaco is small so it won%26#39;t take you long to see everything there is to see). It%26#39;s a pity you won%26#39;t have time for Eze as it%26#39;s really something to behold.

Don%26#39;t bother with Cannes. There%26#39;s nothing you%26#39;ll see in Cannes that you won%26#39;t see in Nice, and Nice is much nicer (no pun intended!). Just head straight for the train station.
