Hotel World Cup Rugby Final

Hi I am looking for a 3-4 star hotel for the Rugby final. Is opera the best area or where should I stay? Flying to CDG but also need to be central in Paris. No idea where to start. Any help appreciated

Grab anything you can find that weekend, because many hotels in Paris are sold out precisely because of the Rugby final.
