Can some one recommend a hotel where my family can stay. We have 3 adults and 2 kids. Possibly a suite that is not more than 350.00 US per night . As long as we are in the center that is ok.

If you have your mind made up on staying at a hotel, someone more knowledgeable than I will come along and recommend one. You can also search in the box under the green bar over the threads listing. Depending on the length of your stay, you might consider staying in an apartment. You can get a quite nice one with your budget and everyone, especially the children, can have a little more room to move about. Not to mention that you can have breakfast at a leisurely pace and keep food for the kiddies on hand.

Can the rooms be connecting , or side by side, do you all need to be in same room? How old are kids. ?Could the two kids ogo in one room with one adult and then the two adults in the other?
I prefer hotels myself, BUT in your instance , if you really insist on all being ins same room, I would go along with the many who suggest renting an apartment. Just enter family apartments in the search box here to read many posts on the subject , almostt all favorable. There are also two to three apartment rental agencies names I keep seeing come up as reliable.

We will only be in Paris for 1 night, so I don%26#39;t know if apartments allow short stays. We will be heading to Venice for the rest of our trip where we are planning on renting an apartment. Do you know if short stays are allowed?

Check out the Citidines this is a hotelapartment style chain. They will allow one nighters, and they most likely have rooms big enough for five.

I looked at Citidines websites, seems 4 person max per room, you may have to pay for two rooms somewhere, you can easily get two decent rooms for what you are willing to pay for one night.

I just booked at The Excelsior Hotel in the Latin Quarter a Superior Quad room which is really a 5 person room. From the description I received it%26#39;s a large suite with 2 rooms. I haven%26#39;t stayed there yet but once I come back from my trip in November I%26#39;ll write a review on it. It%26#39;s a budget 2 star hotel and the location is suppose to be excellent near the Luxembourg gardens. We are paying 102 euros (breakfast is an additional 7 euros pp). I have researched many hotels and this one had the best price and the best location. The reviews here are a bit mixed but I didn%26#39;t see anything that was a major concern for our party. I also checked out other websites for reviews on them and they seem to be a decent budget hotel.

Besides this hotel I only came across hotels that offered quads which were very few. You can always see if they can add an extra bed in there. Here are some that I found interesting:

www.hotelparispaix.com

If not then get 2 rooms, one a triple and the other a twin or double.
The other option would be to rent an apartment which if you plan to be staying there for a week or so I would highly recommend it. Since we will only be there for 3 full days, we went for a cheap hotel if not we would have gone for an apartment as well.
