Question for KDKSAIL

Hi,

I will be staying at Explorers hotel near Disney

Am I correct in saying that a one day mobilis ticket will get me into Paris centre and can be used on the Metro as wel as the RER A

Can you get a 2 or 3 day pass or is it just a single day

Thanks

YES...a one calendar-day MOBILIS Zone 1-5 (12,30€) will cover your round-trip RER %26#39;A%26#39; ligne fares (ordinarily 12,50€)...PLUS...provide you with %26#39;..hop-on / hop-off..%26#39; access to ALL other public transportation (RER, Metro, Bus, Trams, Funicular, Noctilien bus) in Paris for the day while you are there (it will also cover RER %26#39;C%26#39; ligne fare out to Versailles (Zone 4), if that%26#39;s on your agenda...the only restriction on the MOBILIS is that all modes of public transportation, airport transfer are specifically EXCLUDED). No photos are required for the MOBILIS.

There is also a multi-consecutive-day transportation pass available--PARIS VISITE Zone 1-6 (no photo required)...but individual one-day MOBILIS passes will be less expensive...and provide you with greater flexibility. As an example, since the PARIS VISITE is for consecutive-calendar-days...if you decided to spend a day at DLP during the term of the PV, instead of coming into Paris...one fullday%26#39;s usefulness would be wasted.

When you head TO Paris from the MARNE LA VALLÉE RER station at DLP, ALL trains from here will head into Paris...and make stops across the city (Gare de Lyon--39 mins, Chatelet-Les Halles--42 mins, Auber--45 mins, Charled DeGaulle-Étoile--48 mins). But...one note to remember when RETURNING to DLP from Paris is that you want to take the RER %26#39;..A-4..%26#39; ligne---trains heading in the direction of Marne La Vallée-Chessy---any train with a %26#39;..Q xxx..%26#39; designation....this to save having to make a transfer at Vincennes.
