A decent quad room? Or rent an apartment?

Does anyone know of a hotel with decent, mid-priced quad rooms in Paris (we%26#39;ll be there in March 08)? Or, with four of us traveling, would an apartment for a week be a better option? Thanks!

a week is a very long time to be jammed into one room, sharing one bathroom with 3 other people -- with a week, an apartment is likely to be a better choice -- even a one bedroom with a fold out couch will be a bit less crowded --

4 of us are staying in Paris for Christmas. Apartments in Paris were too expensive for us (as we wanted to stay as close to the heart of Paris as possible). We have booked the place below. We are happy with the location and thought you may like a look.

I second the suggestion of an apartment (especially if you mean four adults, not two adults and two small children).

As to expense, keep in mind that you will be able to have some meals in the apartment, which will offset quite a bit (although in my experience an apartment usually is not more expensive than a pretty nice hotel room - even aside from having lots more space etc.). And if you search, you will find at least a few apartments that have 1.5 bathrooms, which would be a major plus when you are talking about four people for a week.

If you do some searches on the forum, you will find lots of threads with lists of apartment rental web sites you can check for prices, sizes, often including floorplans, and locations. I encourage you to check that out before making a decision about it, as most apartments are within a block or two of a Metro station (if not right in the middle of %26quot;tourist central%26quot;).

We are renting a one bedroom+trundle in living room ,1 and 1/2 bath apartment for 4 in Oct from vacationinparis. The 1/2 bath really sold us although the living space is small. Will report when I get back Oct 19.

I am renting a two bedroom apartment while in Paris. Each room has a double bed. I used NYHabitat.com. I don%26#39;t go until mid-October.
